The role of the moderator is just to set context at the beginning of the discussion, provide any relevant (optional) readings/resources ahead of time, and otherwise let the conversation go wherever the participants are interested in.
In the spirit of sharing and conversing in public, I'll post summary notes after each session. I'll generally avoid identifying individual people's contributions and either anonymize or focus on high-level take-aways.
